Human Rights Act 1998 - PM Tony Blair/Judge Cherie Booth/Blair and our person

Post  Sirop14 on Wed May 13, 2015 5:19 pm

Back in 1987 - our decision to put into place what is known/called a Masonic field Lodge regarding that SIROP program- because we had worked and had some near 10 years of workings those issues in Europe beside Colonial East Africa, the Indian ocean. It id not fall under the Commonwealth Masonic Lodge - it was not regulated by them - because of what we are about to explain.

PM Blair knew before he was elected my respective position on this subject - and indeed his own position before he became PM. He had know of the many issues of lady Thatcher and my person and that of PM John Major and the Conservative party. Today the like of wiki leak and a few other such project they can talk big back in 1997, when the labour party had been in the desert for a very long spell and their many attempts to get back - they just could not, what really took place for them to come back and the person of PM Blair - in relation to our field Masonic lodge - what ensued. My/our specialty in is High Interdisciplinary management far from the issue of Masonic workings and heir disciplines.

Mr Kinnock had tried very those withing the conservative institutions who know the other story - what the press and folks do not talk about or scare to talk about. the killing of John Prescott Labour Leader. What really happened the mechanism that was applied and the so cal Stroke. Between my person and the Commonwealth Masonic lodge we had long been at logger head. Most important the request that I/we should join the lodge it had been arranged and we declined. It was not to do with Prof Micheal Hofmann there were deeper issues going back to the colonial days, independence in Africa and the Region. Our view and conclusion most of those politicians who had become members of the Commonwealth lodge they did not have a free hand once in office. We realized the issues that we were not African in many instance and that our French ancestor knew a very great deal about the masonic disciplines. I had got to know Continental Masonic workings in comparison to Commonwealth Masonic workings/disciplines.

Hence in our early Days in London the Commonwealth Lodge used/deployed some of their best and elite to monitor and keep close eye on us. What we got up to.

A very great deal of the cause of the malfunction of then Lady Thatcher responsibility boiled down to this issues a
and we had high responsibilities - Had we to write about we are about to write would have done it differently got professional help. How important and influential our abilities to impute in the Commonwealth Masonic workings for 1981 to 1998 is very hard to say they were very important.

That was part and important aspects why they refused/opposed that I/my person return to Sechelles Seychelles in any capacity because in that SIROP program we had stressed we would radically review and reconsider many of Seychelles Commonwealth Masonic discipline/practice, benchmarks and workings - what impacted the government and nation.

We had played a key role that Lady Thatcher resigned in-spite what the media wrote and so call history and the same applied to PM John Major - inevitably the vendetta became worse. Not being able to return to Seychelles turned to the USA, their respective Masonic/Illuminati workings and the person of President Clinton to help out - his promise that he would help me migrate to France or Belgium and then allowed his person to be distance by other USA High personalities and their respective interests. What ensued.

Fro all those Conservative in Office today and their old Friends the need to get some candles and some drinks and sit down and think very hard, then PM John Major government, the EU what was taking place. After the Kilburn incidents and vast amount of issues we have refrained for talking and writing about. My person had wanted out of UK, just as you want a divorce or get away for a bad lady friend the intensity - the French masonic lodge knew all about it and the Italian lodge and those involved. The Jewish Masonic lodges too we had lefty behind in London.

We are going to cut a great deal of information - after the killing of Princess Diana and again the untold version - PM Blair knew that we had the capacity to impute in Britain, European and USA issues very importantly. Having said what took place under then Lady Thatcher, PM John Major, Kinnock and John Prescott - the mechanism - to get us to stay in Britain, in the face of EU many mega issues those in office then and responsible, beside the radical Labour opposition for the British people within the parameters and workings of that SIROP program and then changes in USSR, the COMECON to introduce the Human rights act 1998. There had been the Iraq super mess, the Yugoslav super mess and he had been in the know. The conservative then opposed it bitterly. They knew and were aware of the issues we have written here - and what the garbage media wrote.

Friends and people every year and those who have taken part in the 100th anniversary of the 1st world war and the second world war what we are saying, writing here is not amusing. That SIROP program had not been your normal exile/refuge repatriation program. PM Blair had know about and much more later on.

The point being my person had been importantly involved in the introduction of the Human rights Act 1998 - the impact on all the ethnic and Grass Roots working and many other communities - what his spell. Let me put it in another prospective just as it was not Lady Thatcher who put thorough the Channel Tunnel Project it was dictated to her and she took it on board. So to was this Human Rights Acts of 1998.

Then USA President , Bill Clinton knew a great deal about the issues too, USA Intelligence Service and other leading USA Institutions and other in EU.

Having written the above issues briefly we have followed up our Resettlement application in France what we wrote to <}Mayor Boris Johnson and the new Justice Minister of the Conservative government.

In past time those elderly British Politicians who had difficulty to come to grip with such issue in spite of what the media wrote - had we/my person not been in Britain, PM Cameron would not have been in Office and he would do well to write on a wall somewhere and the battle with the British economy and the so call economic revivals. The important role we have played - each time we have undertaken an action to process our exit how this have impacted the media and what they wrote regarding the British economy and employment.

Over centuries and decades all those who have played a key or crucial role in human affairs and development - they have gotten old, had to move on or get removed and what ensued. pour person is no different.

Safe we would like to say this when anybody gets/become involved in the Historic Project we have in this country, in Space and science and we have to move on - this will impact the country , the people and politicians.

What we had wanted to say at the beginning - the upside down what the media and many report and writ about what is supposed to be history and reality - any scientist will tell you this you can invent and tell stories when you start concocting formulas then expects accidents and very big accidents.

We convey our excuse to former PM Blair his Wife and associate that we have not formulate our thoughts as they would have wished - our environment is not conducive. To those like of FA Rene, the like of PM Jugnauth, many others, both ought to be made to answer to public hearing - we did not become involved in the introduction of a Human Rights Act 1998 just for the British People, there is the person of Mr Philippe Boulle and others, FA Rene retorted to them in many instance they know nothing - there were very very many other nations interests and issues at stake here. Very important the issues of South Africa and Britain Africa Relation, What about the important Russia , China and Vatican equation. - had we to write about it. Where are those great and super rich individuals surrounding then Mandela and he garbage the global media have spewed out. What about the dreadful and terrible image the European had of Britain and the Irish in particular.

By the way, Rt Hon Ken Clark - then Justice Minister for the Conservative/Coalition knew a great deal about what we have written here and a lot more.

2nd June 2015 - over the past 3/5 years have requested and approached families, acquaintance to help me with my Housing/relocation - I need a place with a lift.

Well this is the thank you - for working to help support one community how they ditch you.

Beside how many remembers the early day of our exile, then Mr Ralph Volcer and other - those who need help with housing and accommodation we took our time and helped/supported - for the past 3/5 we have seek and ask for help with our Housing and nobody wants to help.

Then what we all get to write on Facebook. < Facebook users and acquaintances - We edited sirop.webs.com picture/photos and added some 27 picture three of them Lady Thatcher - the issues of Mort Lake, again those like Mr Lewis Betsey and Mr Ralph Volcer who remembers and know and Mrs Kathleen Pillay then. Very quietly had wanted to remind those with Powers to wreck and destroy lives what the situation was then and in the end Lady Thatcher.>

Last week we telephoned with France Terre D'Asile and inquired of the process of my Resettlement under UNHCR to France - beside Pan European Union she indicated there was a much more important Body who could lend their help and in Britain unlike Pan European Union who had no Office in UK, they have a large Office, staffs and representation - I told her we know of them and have written to them many instance with our Seychelles exile/Community and private issues. We had known for some time former the Leader of Liberal Party - MP Charles Kennedy, headed that organisation/UK Chapter and talking of the Flat in Islington then Mrs Mary Powell Mayoress and she managed the Liberal Office in Islington. The Law Firm Hopkin, Murray, Beskin and then Lawyer Mr Ben Chataway and his associates handling our Housing File. The manner those MP and Political Leader choose to deal/sort out our Seychelles issues, nation wise or private.

We are addressing personalities like Mr Paddy Ashdown, Mr David Steel, leading personalities in the liberal party and the former Deputy PM Mr Nick Clegg those who ought to know otherwise and yet.

The news, he passed away this morning age 55 years old - we addressed the issues of FIFA and those who got angry, we contributed to his election and supported many of his issues then PM Blair and PM Gordon Brown later. He was in contact with the SNP Seychelles too. Where do we go from there - Trust the many authorities and officials will be pointed our thread.

We send our condolence to his Family, colleagues, the people of Scotland and the Liberal Party.

23 session of UN Committee on the Protection of the Rights of all Migrant Workers and Members of their families

08-September-2015
Seychelles presents initial state party report

The Seychelles delegationThe Government of Seychelles attended the 23rd session of the UN Committee on the Protection of the Rights of all Migrant Workers and Members of their families to present its Initial State Party Report under the ‘Convention on the Protection of the Rights of all Migrant Workers and their families’.
The session took place on September 2-3, 2015 in Geneva.
Seychelles became a party to the Convention in 1994, with the instrument entering into effect for Seychelles in 2003.
One of the obligations under the Convention is that Seychelles should report periodically on the implementation of the provisions of the Convention.
The reporting process is an important process that allows Seychelles to assess itself on the areas in which it has made progress, and to identify the short-comings and challenges that may exist.
Leading the delegation representing Seychelles’ first report under this convention was the Minister for Labour and Human Resource Development (MLHRD), Idith Alexander, who addressed the Committee affirming that “the government safeguards the rights of all workers in Seychelles, including migrant workers and those in the Seychelles International Trade Zone, and guarantees that they enjoy the same rights, terms and conditions of employment.
She went on to note that “migrant workers contribute significantly to the national development of Seychelles, not just in an economic and monetary manner, but also in terms of enriching our cultural diversity”, especially in view that a significant portion of the country’s labour force is composed of migrant workers.
The Committee commended Seychelles for the determined strides made so far by the government in implementing the Convention and promoting and protecting the rights of Migrant Workers and their Families, and suggested that Seychelles could be used as a model for other countries to follow. One of the areas the Committee recommended that Seychelles improve upon is its oversight upon Seychellois living and working abroad, including statistics on them.
The government looks forward to continued collaboration with the Committee in further improving its protection and promotion of the rights of migrant workers and their families in Seychelles.
Seychelles’ next periodic report under the Convention will be due in five years.
Other members of the delegation comprised Veronique Bresson, chairperson of Committee on Employment of Non-Seychellois; Susan Morel from the Ministry of Labour and Human Resource Development ; Gayethri Murugaiyan from the Foreign Affairs department; George Thachett from the Attorney General’s Office; and Myriam Telemaque from the Immigration Division.

Religious service marks re-opening of Supreme Court

Religious service marks re-opening of Supreme Court

11-January-2017
The religious service at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception to mark the formal re-opening of the Supreme CourtThe need for judicial practitioners and the Seychellois people to unite even if we have diverse opinions came out clearly during the ceremony to mark the formal re-opening of the Supreme Court of Seychelles for the year 2017.
This year’s opening was held under the theme ‘Unity in Diversity’ and a religious service to that effect was held at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Victoria spearheaded by the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese in Seychelles Denis Wiehe, with the participation of Archdeacon Danny Elizabeth of the Anglican diocese and Father David Alcindor, deacon of the Diocese of Victoria.
After going through a procession in Victoria, members of the judiciary proceeded to the Palais de Justice at Ile du Port where Chief Justice Mathilda Twomey delivered her speech.
Present were President of the Court of Appeal Francis MacGregor, ministers, the attorney general, judges and Master of the Supreme Court, magistrates, registrar, secretaries of state, commissioner of police, members of the diplomatic corps, bishops, attorneys at law, members of staff of the judiciary, among other guests.
Stressing on the need for unity, CJ Twomey said this year’s theme for the Judiciary, ‘Unity in Diversity’, acknowledges these principles adopted by “we the people” in our Constitution and which has been discussed several times in the past months, and featured several times in the discourse of the new President, Danny Faure and in the discussions about our National Assembly.
